Our founder and CEO is a registered nurse who saw that people struggle to navigate a fragmented healthcare and community system. The more we worked with healthcare organizations and talked with communities, the more we found that same problem everywhere: for seniors and families, for physician practices, and for whole cities. So we built one company to help at every level. We are a Black- and woman-led company rooted in Gary, where our families grew up, and we build our care teams with people from the communities we serve.
